Reformer Intermediate and Advanced - Short Course

In this course, you will learn an extensive repertoire of Reformer Intermediate and Advanced exercises. You will also learn about using the Reformer for injuries of the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle. This course will assist you to effectively use a Reformer in your rehabilitation work as well as advancing clients who require a challenge.

Who should attend this course?

Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Pilates Matwork and Equipment Instructors and Allied Health professionals providing rehabilitation and who want to work more effectively with their clients

  

Prerequisites

Studies in Physiotherapy, the Allied Health Professions or Pilates Matwork

 

Pre-Course Study - 1.5 hours

 

Course Duration - 5 hours

Assessment

Optional assessment for the nationally accredited unit of competency PILEQU501 Teach Pilates Reformer repertoire requires undertaking both the Reformer Essentials and Reformer Intermediate and Advanced Short Courses plus completing additional assessment activities.

Payment Plan:

 

  • $209 Deposit and Learner Materials Fee at the time of enrolling  and paid prior to attendance at the Workshop

  • Balance is paid to the Course Provider 14 days prior to the scheduled course.

 

Students may opt to complete the unit of competency PILEQU501 Teach Pilates Reformer Repertoire (optional). Additional assessment requirements apply. Students must complete Reformer Essentials & Reformer Intermediate/Advanced to qualify for this unit of competency. Assessment for the unit is included in the course fee and valued at $150.
