Barrels Repertoire - Short Course
Barrels are very versatile pieces of equipment and are used to challenge and provide variety for clients. In this half day course, you will learn Barrels exercises to cater to different levels of fitness and extend your clients.

Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Pilates Matwork Instructors and Allied Health professionals who want to work more effectively with their clients especially those professionals providing rehab and working with ongoing and long term clients
Prerequisites
Studies in Physiotherapy, the Allied Health Professions or qualifications in Pilates Matwork
