Pilates Group Reformer Instructor Training
Who should attend this course?
Fitness professionals, Pilates Matwork Instructors and Allied Health workers who want to incorporate Pilates with their clients in group Reformer settings
Prerequisites
There are no pre-requisites, however it is suggested that some prior experience in Pilates is beneficial
Pre-Course Study - 5 hours
Course Duration - 2 1/2 days

Assessment
This course has an accredited outcome of Units of Competency units of competency: PILEQU501 Teach Pilates Reformer repertoire, ARTMAT401 Apply basic Pilates anatomy, ARTMAT405 Teach active dynamic pelvic floor training, ARTMAT407 Design functional Pilates flow choreography.

Graduates will be in demand in the workplace and can easily articulate into either of the Tensegrity Training Certificate IV or Diploma courses at a later date.
