Matwork Repertoire and Didactics- Short Course

This course will add huge variety to your classes. The course covers the 31 Pre-Pilates exercises and 27 Traditional Pilates Matwork exercises, ranging from easy rehab-based repertoire to some very challenging advanced exercises to really extend your clients. 

 

Compliment your classes, help increase your client retention and receive more referrals! 

The Pre-Pilates and Traditional Matwork Pilates exercises are also perfect for home exercise prescriptions, and your rehabilitation clients.

This course is also suitable for Pilates clients wishing to extend their Pilates knowledge for personal interest.

Allied Health professionals who want to work more effectively with their clients especially those professionals providing rehabilitation exercises for their clients. Pilates clients seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the human body and the History & Principles of the Pilates Method.

Introductory studies in Anatomy & Physiology or work in Allied Health Professions

Assessment

Optional assessment for the nationally accredited units of competency ARTMAT402 Teach Pilates Essentials, ARTMAT406 Teach Pilates Flow andARTMAT405 Active Dynamic Pelvic Floor Training is available and additional assessment requirements apply.

Payment Plan:

  • $570 Deposit and Learner Materials Fee at the time of enrolling  and paid prior to attendance at the Workshop

  • Balance is paid to the Course Provider 14 days prior to the scheduled course.

 

Additional for assessment for the 3 nationally recognised units of competency - ARTMAT402 Teach Pilates essentials, ARTMAT406 Teach Pilates Flow  & ARTMAT405 Active Dynamic Pelvic Floor Training (optional). Additional assessment activities apply.
